Roof Certification Inspection

150.00

Roof Certification Inspection is conducted following a property owner’s or insurer’s request to evaluate the visible condition and performance of the roofing system at the time of inspection.

Roof certification services follow InterNACHI® Standards of Practice and applicable Florida Standards of Practice for Home Inspections and may include:

Visual inspection of roof coverings (shingles, tiles, metal, etc.) from ground, ladder, eaves, or accessible rooftop areas

Inspection of flashing, vents, skylights, chimneys, gutters, and downspouts

Accessible attic inspection for evidence of active leaks or moisture intrusion

Roof certification confirms observed current conditions at the time of inspection only and does not predict remaining service life, guarantee future performance, warrant against leaks, or address concealed or inaccessible areas such as underlayment or below roof coverings.
