Post-Remediation Verification (PRV), also known as Clearance Testing, is conducted following mold remediation activities to evaluate whether the remediated area meets acceptable environmental conditions at the time of inspection.
PRV services follow Florida-recognized mold assessment practices and EPA-referenced IAQ guidelines and may include:
• Visual clearance of remediated areas
• Moisture verification
• Optional air and/or surface sampling
Clearance testing confirms environmental conditions at the time of inspection only and does not guarantee future mold prevention or address concealed or inaccessible areas.
