A Mold Inspection & Assessment is performed in accordance with Florida-recognized mold assessment practices and EPA-referenced indoor air quality (IAQ) guidelines. The inspection focuses on identifying conditions conducive to microbial growth and evaluating indoor environmental conditions at the time of inspection.
The assessment may include:
• Visual inspection for suspected mold growth
• Identification of moisture intrusion sources
• Moisture and humidity measurements
• Optional air and/or surface sampling when appropriate
