I show up on time with all my gear and go through everything we agreed on — whether that’s a 4-Point, wind mitigation, mold assessment, or full home inspection.

Step 3 – I Use the Right Tools
Thermal cameras, moisture meters, air quality testing — whatever it takes to find the problem and get the facts.

Step 4 – You Get the Report
I put it all together in a clear report with pictures and notes. You’ll know exactly what’s going on and what your options are.

Step 5 – Next Steps
If something needs fixing, I can point you in the right direction.
