Step 3 – I Use the Right Tools
Thermal imaging, moisture meters, air sampling equipment, and inspection tools are used as appropriate for the agreed scope.
Step 4 – You Get the Report
You receive a clear report with photos, notes, observations, and professional recommendations.
Step 5 – Next Steps
If further evaluation or repairs are needed, the report may recommend a licensed professional for the appropriate next step.
