Full Home Inspection

A Home Inspection is a comprehensive visual evaluation of the readily accessible systems and components of a residential property. The inspection is performed in accordance with applicable Florida Standards of Practice and focuses on identifying visible defects and material conditions at the time of inspection.

The inspection includes evaluation of:

• Roofing and exterior systems
• Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Interior components

The inspection is non-invasive and does not include code compliance determinations, engineering analysis, or evaluation of concealed conditions.
